    This Valentine’s Day at The House of Ho in Soho, one lucky diner will win a diamond worth £1,500, which will be discovered at the bottom of the beautiful martini named Diamonds Are Forever, a delicious mix of vodka, cranberry juice, lemon juice with a splash of grenadine. The winner of the round cut diamond, provided by renowned Hatton Garden jeweller, Star Jewellers, will then have a one to one consultation with the diamond specialist, where they can buy the setting of their choice. Pairings include West Mersey rock oysters, shallot vinegar with Devaux Ultra D Champagne, Soy marinated Cornish mackerel, pickled chilli, radish and coriander with Dandelion Riesling and Braised suckling pig, stem ginger, carrot and Montes Pinot Noir. Two bespoke cocktails - Cupids Arrow (Kettle One vodka, fresh raspberries, strawberries, cranberry juice, sugar syrup, fresh lime juice and Prosecco) and Devil’s Kiss (Excellia tequila, fresh ginger, chilli, lime juice, sugar syrup, Tabasco and ginger beer) will also be available on Valentine's Day.
