Award winning London restaurant reveals new menu for spring

tibits -  voted ‘Best Vegetarian Restaurant’ in the prestigious Cook Vegetarian  awards - is delighted to announce the launch of an exciting menu to celebrate the new season.

Whether you’re heading to Heddon Street for brunch, a quick bite to eat or an indulgent leisurely lunch or dinner, the new menu - inspired by seasonal produce - is sure to put a spring in your step.

Standout salads and sandwiches include the Japanese noodle salad (Udon noodles, green beans, daikon radish, carrots, Pak Choi, spring onions and coriander), Korean antipasti (inspired by the traditional Korean dish of Kimchi) and Panner sandwich. Meanwhile seasonal hot dishes such as Savoy cabbage-swiss chard lasagne, Tempah with orange ginger sauce, Tofu au vin and Asparagus frittata together with desserts including Pineapple upside-down cake, Carrot halwa and Panna cotta with berries don’t disappoint.

Vegans haven’t been overlooked either: those who follow a plant-based diet can enjoy a Leek and sage spelt risotto, Peruvian quinoa tabbouleh, Cauliflower eliachi and, last but not least, a heavenly Apple and rhubarb crumble.

Happily the Heddon Street restaurant has resisted the urge to tinker with old favourites: signature spring dishes such as the Cherry tomato-tofu salad, Power greens and Spring bulgar salad are back on the menu.

Elsewhere on the drinks front, there’s an energising Green power juice, Elderflower and ginger beer, Vodka espresso, Lychee martini and more to look forward to…
